Greg Pesci is currently CEO and a Co-Founder of PureWorks. Greg has many responsibilities as CEO, but is primarily focused on operations, market expansion, and policies, procedures, and compliance.
Greg's career has included more than 16 years of broad experience in both the public and private sectors in large and small entities, including Fortune 500 companies, consusmer product companies, financial institutions, governmental agencies and law firms.
He has strong process and consumer products industry experience and is proficient in change management, organizational effectiveness and leadership development. His career has included Operations Line Management for product production at Procter and Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio where he also served as Patent Division Counsel for Procter and Gamble.
An attorney admitted to practice in both Utah and Ohio, Greg's legal experience includes more than eight years in consumer finance and financial institutions law. He has served as an associate in a Salt Lake City law firm and as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Associate General Counsel for a Utah industrial bank. His responsibilities included ensuring compliance with federal banking laws governing consumer lending, privacy and information security, and launching a new product line.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts, Master Degree in Organizational Behavior, and a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Brigham Young University. He has taught numerous classes on systems change, organizational development, and leadership. He has served as a visiting faculty member at Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management where he taught classes in Organizational Behavior.
