Holding Tank Announcement and Instructions
Dear Distributors:
I wanted to let you all know the process of our holding tank.
When anyone signs up online their Sponsor is recorded and they are placed in a Holding Tank until they are placed in a uni-level position by the Sponsor. Every distributor who is actively sponsoring new distributors needs to check their personal Holding Tank each day or two and clear out any new distributors that have filled out an application on line. This can be done by doing the following:
1 - Goto www.protectedbypureworks.com web site and selecting Distributor Tools in the top right corner.
2 - Select Business Center / PureWorks Backoffice.
3- Log into your account with your User Name and Password.
4- Select Genealogy from the toolbar.
5- Select My Holding Tank.
You will then be asked to select the new distributor and type in a Distributor Identification Number for the placement. It is good to have this number before logging onto the page. You can get this Placement Distributor Identification Number from the distributor you want to place the new applicant under. You should get the placement distributors permission and agree upon the placement before taking any action.
If you don’t clear out your holding tank regularly the computer will place the individual as a 4th leg to you.
Please check this feature often, it will give you great freedom in placing people where you want them and will allow you to do a lot to balance your legs.

One last thing…Please educate your downline on this very important issue and help them to keep things running smoothly. Also, please encourage everyone to log on the protectedbypureworks.com site and check their profiles and make sure that we have input accurate info. Some of the faxed applications were very hard to read. We need accurate contact info so we can call and or email info out to distributors and keep EVERYONE informed…Thanks again!
