We are aware for the necessary need for training and development. We are in the process of developing training in three different areas. One area relates to the training necessary to understand the features and benefits of our product line so that you can sell accurately and overcome all possible concerns. Another is your ability to understand the science behind our products, as well as the allowable claims and purposes of our product line. Another is the knowledge that everyone needs understanding how to run your business and how to be successful in all settings. A third is the motivation that is necessary to know that you can accomplish whatever you set out to do and do it well.
In every distributor kit we included a CD by Earl Nightingale. This tool is a great example of what we consider to be necessary tools that allow you to open your minds to goal setting and accomplishing. If everyone understands the reasons that they fail they can make the necessary changes and begin to be successful in all aspects of life. In my opinion Earl is the best motivational speaker ever and knows the fundamentals without all the fluff. He tells it like it is and isn’t afraid to teach to all people at all levels. Following the principles and action steps of this basic CD will make a huge difference in anybodies life.
