PureWorks Academy
 In honor of the first anniversary of PureWorks' Pre-launch, the PureWorks Academy is initiating its first formal training activities in March, 2007. The Academy's role is to provide learning and training opportunities for PureWorks distributors. Not only will the Academy offer technical training about the scientific aspects of our products, but it will also provide expert instruction in business building and entrepreneurism.
The PureWorks Academy will offer learning activities for all our distributors, across the spectrum of newly signed distributors to seasoned veterans. Initially, Academy courses will be taught in a traditional setting to groups at the PureWorks headquarters and at selected cities where groups of distributors desire Academy courses. Soon, on-line training and video conferences will be offered in a variety of topics, so that everyone can participate. Course content and associated delivery mechanisms are currently under development to support these remote learning activities.
The Academy will hold its first training session, FREE of charge, on March 23-24, 2007 in Salt Lake City. This initial training is specially designed to help distributors who are Pure-5 and above develop leadership skills that will benefit their entire downlines. These distributors are demonstrated leaders who have risen to a level in their business where new management skills are required to provide support and leadership to their growing networks. Developing these skills will be the main focus of this initial training effort. We anticipate that those participating in this first activity will then use their newly-acquired knowledge to benefit their entire groups. This special leadership training for these distributors will be repeated frequently to help them build and strengthen their groups. We invite all Pure-5 and above Distributors to participate in this training at this inaugural event and in the future.
In the near future, the Academy will also initiate training activities for new distributors to help them learn the basics of network sales and about the PureWorks line of products. We will keep you informed about all the new and exciting developments at the Academy as they happen.
